Most importantly Bring yourself and a good attitude. This is a family affair so please be considerate, keep your foul language to yourself and please be descrete with activities that are not child appropriate.

When you arrive: There is no parking on our driveway. What we want you to do is drive down to the house and drop off all your stuff and then go back up to the road and park. Please be quick, our drive way can get loaded up really fast, thank you. If you are staying the night you can park below or above our house. When you do park please park as tightly as you can and if you are the first to park in an area please park such that others can follow your example and we can get as many cars parked as possible . There is plenty of room as long as somebody doesnt take up 4 parking spots instead of one.

Food: This is a potluck so bring your favorite dish and plenty of it. Deserts, horsed'vres, main dishes are all welcome. If you bring something that needs to be prepared help your self in the kitchen and clean up after yourself.

We ussually have turkey, ham and tri-tip for the bands and extra but if you really want some meat you might want to bring it because the stuff we provide seems to dissapear in moments. We will have plenty of BBQ's and coal but don't expect Fred and Howard the BBQ men to cook yours they are ussually plenty occupied with the 'house' food. We will have a pizza oven this year too!

We will provide breakfast for everybody who stays the night. (yumm yumm good)

Drink: We will have keg beer, maybe some wine, and lemonade for the kids and maybe a few various other things. If you need or want some thing else bring it. We will have lots of ice but more never hurts.

Sleeping:We encourage everybody to stay the night. This way you can drink, relax and enjoy yourself. We have plenty of camping spots if you bring a tent. I am sure there will be a couch or floor space available too. We may even have a sleeping bag or blanket. If you need something ask us early.

Other: Not sure what the weather will be. Could be blissterring hot or just hot and it may or may not cool off at night. Dress accordingly. We do get mosquitos for a short time in the evening so reppellant may not be a bad idea.
We have a pool to cool off in so bring swim trunks.
There is hiking.

Bring your kids, friends (this isn't and "open" party but your welcome to bring friends as long as they arent mean ugly drunken rude bastards or similar)

Prefer you leave your pets at home unless they are extremelty well behaved and friendly to other dogs, children, cats, goats, horses and chickens.

Toys of all types: frisbee, chalk, balls, skateboards, squirt guns ( no air soft,bb or other guns), guitars, cameras, pool toys, cool dvds , big wheels, etccc.

Donations: We do not expect anything but donations when we pass around the hat are appreciated. It does cost us a little chunk of change to pull this off so contributions to offset that are always welcome.
